Analisis Pengendalian Persediaan Obat Menggunakan Metode ABC, EOQ, dan ROP Pada UPTD. Puskesmas Tanjung Habulu
Abstrak
Background: This research analyzes generic medicine inventory control at the UPTD Tanjung Habulu Health Center in 2024. Objective: Utilizing both primary and secondary data, this empirical study gathered comprehensive information through literature reviews, interviews, and documentation. Research Methods: Procurement planning was rigorously evaluated using ABC analysis, Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), and Reorder Point (ROP) methods. Research Results: The ABC analysis revealed that Category A comprises 16 drug types (27%), absorbing 80% of the investment; Category B includes 17 types (28%), accounting for 15%; and Category C consists of 27 types (45%), representing 5%. Furthermore, the EOQ method indicated that optimal order quantities vary from 22 to 1,840 units per drug type. Safety stock levels range between 7 and 9,417 units across the pharmaceutical inventory. Novelty of the Research: Finally, the ROP calculations demonstrate that reorder points for each generic medicine range from 39 to 9,600 units, providing a highly systematic framework for efficient healthcare stock management.
